Hatha Yoga for Sadness Relief

It has been a tragic time for our nation the last couple of days and many people are in mourning. Although there is not a perfect cure for completely feeling better after such a loss, here's a good yoga session that might help someone take their mind off sadness, even for just a few minutes.
